New Zealand got off to a strong start in pursuit of the 179-run target, with openers Tim Robinson (28) and Tim Seifert (21) combining for 42 runs for the first wicket.


Despite the home side's attempt to rally with consecutive dismissals by Naseem Shah and Abbas Afridi, Chapman, alongside Dean Foxcroft, thwarted their efforts.


Chapman took the initiative in the partnership, amassing an aggressive 87 runs, while Foxcroft provided excellent support. Chapman achieved his eighth fifty in T20Is, concluding with an unbeaten score, smashing nine fours and four sixes in his 42-ball innings.


Foxcroft contributed 31 runs off 29 balls as the chase was completed in the 19th over.


Earlier, the hosts made a solid start with Saim Ayub leading the charge against the visitors. Opening pair Saim and Babar put on 54 runs without loss. Saim was caught by James Neesham off Ish Sodhi's bowling after scoring 32 runs from 22 balls at a strike rate of 145.45.


Meanwhile, in a partnership worth 62 runs with Irfan Khan, Shadab Khan struck 41 runs off 20 balls, including six boundaries. Irfan remained unbeaten on a 30-run innings from 20 balls, hitting three fours and a six.
